For easy fitting, follow our simple instructions: 1. Lay the arm sling flat, ensuring the arm pouch opening is pointing towards the opposite side of your injury. 2. Place the strap over your head onto the shoulder opposite your injury. 3. Carefully place your injured arm into the pouch and slip your thumb through the elastic loop for added support. 4. Adjust the strap length using the Velcro tab, then press firmly to secure it. 5. For a longer arm pouch, simply pull out the extendable fabric.
